We are Josh and Sarah Hardie.

I'm from the Texas Hill Country. Josh grew up on a family farm in North Dakota. We met on eHarmony.com about 9 years ago, think that the closest we have been to heaven on earth was a Sufjan Sevens concert we both attended a couple years ago (not really, but really), and have been doing life together ever since we first laid eyes on each other's MySpace profiles! We have two beautiful children: Adelaide and Ezra, ages 4 and 3 respectively. We never dreamed that God would bring us to this place, but we are so thankful He did. Since following the calling to Mozambique, we have fallen in love with the place, the people, and the mission. We currently travel back and forth from North Dakota to Mozy and we would love to share our passion with you if you'd like to come along!

Josh and myself in our elements. I have a passion for storytelling through photography, especially when it comes to doing it for a greater purpose. I am a firm believer that exceptional media, music, and art are an integral part of any successful organization, expressing beauty and creating the path for people to truly catch any vision. I want people to see what I see and feel what I feel and give that gift to others. This is what makes me feel alive.

Josh is the best farmer I know. In fact, when we first met, he told me that he gardened on a large scale (so poetic, he knew me well even then). He was in Mozambique for the very first time when we were just dating and some of our first conversations revolved around Mozy and the potential he saw there for farming. This project has opened up an avenue for him to use his tremendous skills and knowledge in a way far beyond he ever dreamed.
